Our kiln-dried hardwood loads may contain a mixture of species including Birch, Ash, Beech, Alder, Sycamore and Oak. The exact species supplied will vary throughout the year depending on availability and may consist of a single species or a mixed hardwood blend.

STOVEWOOD (LARCH) offers a cost-effective alternative for customers looking for reliable heat and excellent value. We use Larch exclusively rather than mixed softwoods, as it typically burns hotter and longer than species such as Pine or Spruce. Larch Stovewood is recommended for use in enclosed wood-burning stoves and modern log burners.

10" LOGS: The Industry Standard Choice
The kiln-dried logs we supply as standard are cut upto 10" in length and are suitable for the vast majority of wood burners, multi-fuel stoves, and open fires across Angus & Dundee.

10" Logs are the most common firewood log size supplied by thousands of merchants within the UK firewood industry due to its excellent balance of burn time, heat output, and compatibility with medium to large stoves.

8" LOGS: For Compact Stoves, Smaller Fireboxes and Hot Tubs
We also offer 8" kiln-dried logs for customers with compact wood burners, narrower fireboxes, or smaller fireplaces where standard logs may be too large.

Due to the cutting process, 8" loads naturally contain more smaller pieces and loose bark, which many customers use as excellent natural kindling.

Our compact delivery vehicles allow us to provide flexible firewood deliveries throughout Fife, including St Andrews, Cupar, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Leven, Tayport and Newport-on-Tay. Unlike larger lorries, our transit tippers can often access narrower driveways and residential properties, helping us place your kiln-dried logs as close as practical to your preferred storage location.

We aim to complete most firewood deliveries within 2–5 working days, although lead times may occasionally increase during periods of exceptionally high demand.
