Do you deliver firewood crates across mainland Scotland?

Yes. Our Large Firewood Crates are available for delivery across mainland Scotland, including rural and Highland areas.

Is delivery included in the price shown?

Yes. Mainland Scotland kerbside pallet delivery is included in the price shown. There are no extra delivery charges added at checkout for eligible mainland Scotland postcodes.

Do you deliver to Skye & other Islands?

Yes. However you cannot order to Scottish Islands on this page, the Scottish Islands have their own individual pages on the Scottish Island Firewood section of our site (links shown below).

How will my firewood crate be delivered?

Your firewood crate will be delivered by pallet courier using a tail-lift vehicle and manual pallet truck. Delivery is kerbside only, so the courier must have suitable access and a firm, level area to unload.

Can the courier move the pallet to my log store, shed or garage?

Usually no. Pallet delivery is kerbside or nearest suitable hardstanding point only. Some couriers may be able to place the pallet on a driveway or inside a garage depending on access and ground conditions, but this is not guaranteed. Please order expecting the pallet to be left at the front of your property or nearest suitable hardstanding point.

How long will my firewood delivery to Scotland take?

We send our firewood via freight courier on the pallet network. Delivery usually takes around 5-7 working days however some remote areas can experience longer delivery times.
