Not sure which logs are best for your log burner? Hardwood is generally the best firewood whilst stovewood is a nice burning, lower-cost option for enclosed stoves and log burners.

Our smaller delivery vehicles with Hiab crane can usually place your bulk bag close to your log store or preferred drop area.
Final placement depends on safe access, but as a guide:
• We can often lift bags over fences or hedges up to around 4ft high
• The crane can usually reach around 2m out from the side of the vehicle
• The crane can usually reach around 1m behind the vehicle
• Placement depends on ground conditions, parked cars, walls, trees, overhead cables and other obstacles
• If you have a preferred drop location, please leave a note at checkout
Garages and carports:
• We cannot guarantee that any bulk bag will fit inside a garage or carport. If you need delivery into a covered or enclosed space, a Builders Bag is the best option and gives our driver the best chance of placing it successfully.

Most deliveries go smoothly, and we use transit-sized delivery vehicles so we can access most properties. However, safe access and placement always depends on the property.
Before delivery, please check:
• Around 2.5m width is needed for vehicle access
• The route should be clear of parked cars encroaching trees or shrubs
• Ground should be firm enough for the vehicle weight (upto 3.5 tonnes). Heavy vehicles and grass are generally not a good mix.
• Please tell us about slopes, soft ground, overhead cables or any other access issues before delivery
