Your firewood crate will be delivered by pallet courier using a tail-lift vehicle and manual pallet truck. Delivery is kerbside only, so the courier must have suitable access and a firm, level area to unload.

Any placement apart from kerbside is entirely at the drivers discretion and capability. Pallet delivery is kerbside or nearest suitable hardstanding point only. Some couriers may be able to place the pallet on a driveway or inside a garage depending on access and ground conditions, but this is not guaranteed.

Please order expecting the pallet to be left at the front of your property or at the nearest suitable hardstanding delivery point.

We send our firewood via freight courier on the pallet network. Delivery usually takes around 5-7 working days however some remote areas can experience longer delivery times.
