Oak - £105

Quality kiln-dried oak logs, cut to approximately 10 inches with some smaller pieces. The logs have been hidden away in storage for a little while, so some dust may be present.

Oak is very dense we strongly recommend adding it to a well established hot fire. Incidentally, Oak pairs beautifully with Birch... see below...

We’ve uncovered 3 final Starter Crates of our kiln-dried Birch logs during a recent redd up of the shed and once these are gone, that’s them finished!

These were extremely popular last season because they’re ideal for customers who want a decent amount of firewood without committing to one of our large crates.

Each Starter Crate contains roughly the equivalent of 2 builders bags of kiln-dried Birch logs once emptied from the crate.

Better still, we’re selling these final 3 at last season’s price.

Delivery of Starter Crate of Birch

These are delivered by pallet freight using an 18-tonne lorry and pallet pump truck.

Please make sure your property has suitable access for a large delivery vehicle and that there is a firm, level surface where the pallet can be unloaded (they cant be wheeled on gravel, chippy stones, up kerbs or on mud / grass etc - for delivery, think slabs, road, tarmac etc).

Only 3 available, when they’re gone, they’re gone, like Wilson in Castaway.

Lucky Dip Logs - £65

A mixed bag of hardwood and stovewood (larch) in varying quantities. These are logs that fell out of the cleaner.  Expect some bark, loose debris and mixed / smaller sizes upto 10" in length, although predominantly they are our normal logs that fell off of the cleaner when we were packing our bulk-bags or loose tipped loads.

We cannot guarantee the ratio of hardwood to stovewood within - hence the lucky dip name!

Hardwood Misfits - £45 (these sell out quick)

A builder’s bag of kiln-dried hardwood shards, slim pieces and irregular offcuts. A mix of lengths upto 10 inches.  Great for making a quick fire or mixing with larger logs. There may be bark (great kindling) and awkward shapes. This is heavily reduced clearance stock and will mostly not resemble our standard logs (although there may be some standard logs within). 

Stock is very limited. Once a bag sells out, it will disappear from the page until another batch becomes available. Please check back every now and then to see what we have.

All of the builder’s bags below contain kiln-dried, Ready to Burn logs.

As these are clearance offers the items are not available in our Perthshire, Fife KY, Mearns or South Aberdeenshire delivery areas.

The discounted bags will be delivered the next time one of our vehicles is scheduled to be in your area. We will deliver as quick as we can but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (longer if we are not in your area often).
