Our XL Firewood Bulk-Bags contain around 1m3 of loose, kiln-dried logs. Whether it is hot, long burning hardwood or our economy (but still hot burning) Larch Stovewood, we have you covered!

All of our XL Firewood Bulk-Bags contain wood that is kiln-dried, then screened & cleaned twice to reduce mess from bark, wood chips and dirt, leaving you with clean-burning, ready-to-burn firewood. Our XL Firewood Bulk-Bags also include a top cover to help keep your logs protected from rain on a wet delivery day.

We have an easy online order process, simply select your preferred firewood, select your delivery date & checkout. We will email you with an estimated time of arrival prior to delivery day.

We deliver across Arbroath, Carnoustie, Forfar, Dundee, Auchterhouse, Brechin, Montrose Tayport, Wormit (all DD Postcodes) as well as the Errol & Invergowrie areas (see map).

HARDWOOD LOG INFORMATION

Our hardwood log deliveries are typically made up of a selection from species such as Ash, Birch, Beech, Alder, Oak, and Sycamore. These woods are chosen for their excellent heat output, long burn times, and local sourcing (whenever possible). Our hardwood log deliveries contain a mix of the above, but they may not include every species listed.

STOVEWOOD (LARCH) INFORMATION

Our stovewood log deliveries are composed exclusively from Scottish Larch. Larch Stovewood is one of the highest-performing softwoods available. With its dense grain and high heat output, larch burns hotter and longer than other softwoods like Fir or Pine making it a reliable choice for efficient home heating at an economical pricing point.

XL FIREWOOD BULK-BAGS

Ravensby Firewood provide the best value per m3 when it comes to firewood bulk-bags in the local areas. When filled our kiln-dried firewood bulk-bags contain around 1m3 of high quality logs (often more as the bag spreads when filled). For reference, most other suppliers provide 0.5, 0.6 or 0.8m3 bag sizes.

Our firewood bulk-bags contain 10" logs as standard & we also provide 8" logs for those with a smaller fire / burner).

Our Firewood bulk-bags are delivered on a transit van sized vehicle with crane, allowing us great flexibility to place them where it is most convenient for you to stack away. Our bags also come with a sewn in top cover which cover the vast majority of your logs, helping keep them dry on a dreich delivery day.

Fantastic Firewood and Service!

I have used Ravensby twice now. Both times the wood has been in extremely good condition. Burns very clean and well. Delivery was on time which is very much appreciated. All in all top service and top goods from what appears to be very good people.
