Our smaller logs, (cut upto 8-inch) are the perfect choice for customers with a small wood-burning stove or compact fireplace. Each log is cut to a length of around 8 inches, making them easier to load, quicker to light, and ideal for smaller appliances that cannot take standard-sized logs.

These shorter logs are available in XL Bulk-Bags, Loose Tipped Loads, and Giant Nets, giving you flexibility depending on your storage space and heating needs.

Please note: Because some stoves on the market are extremely small, logs are cut up to 8 inches in length. This means some pieces may be shorter or thinner than average. At this size, the hardwood we supply is usually kiln-dried Silver Birch, as it is easier to cut into slimmer widths. You may notice more loose bark with Silver Birch compared to other hardwoods, this is completely normal and happens because the bark naturally shears off during the kiln drying process.

Choosing 8-inch kiln-dried logs ensures a clean, efficient burn and makes them one of the best options for small fires and compact wood-burning stoves.
