Logs arrived early (bonus) and look great. Very well packed crate and loads of logs when decanted into my log store. They are a good size and very little waste, unlike other logs I’ve bought online. I am a very happy customer

Excellent service. Highly recommend. This is my third delivery from Ravensby. The wood is great. Every load has been dry, well packed and strongly packaged. The wood is uniform regardless of the type if wood so I know it will all fit easily in my wood burner (medium Clearview) and it makes storage quick and tidy as they stack easily and neatly in butted up rows.
Perfect firewood, totally dry and well stacked in its crate, no messing about!

I have used Ravensby twice now. Both times the wood has been in extremely good condition. Burns very clean and well. Delivery was on time which is very much appreciated. All in all top service and top goods from what appears to be very good people.
Bulk load delivered on time and although I was not in at that time, Bob ensured it was dropped in a position without blocking drive...good quality logs too
Delivered on time, friendly driver, I’ve been using the wood all week and long burning time and very little ash. Love this idea of wheelie bin as I’m unable to get bulk deliveries, easy access to wood with wheelie bin lid and drop down hatch, very impressed so far

We normally have a full load dropped on the drive. But old age and what it brings it is impossible for us to load the logs to the shed. The xl bulk bag is just right being a quarter of the load to put away. Thanks
Great logs, burn well and give of good heat. Delivery is also excellent.
One of the best things about Ravensby Firewood is that when you order logs, it's all logs that you get... no little bits nor bark, just proper logs!
