Crate of logs arrived this morning. As before, really good logs and I know from previous experience, they will burn well. Slight delay with delivery (pallet delivery company, driver was brilliant though) but Ravensby chased them up for me and ensured that they were delivered. Great customer service yet again, thoroughly deserving of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I tried these logs for the first time. I had difficulty in getting a good burn with them but I got great advice from Stuart, who kept in contact with me, researched the type of stove I have and gave me a very practical solution to the issues I was having. Logs arrived early (bonus) and look great. Very well packed crate and loads of logs when decanted into my log store. They are a good size and very little waste, unlike other logs I’ve bought online. I am a very happy customer

Excellent service. Highly recommend. This is my third delivery from Ravensby. The wood is great. Every load has been dry, well packed and strongly packaged. The wood is uniform regardless of the type if wood so I know it will all fit easily in my wood burner (medium Clearview) and it makes storage quick and tidy as they stack easily and neatly in butted up rows.
Perfect firewood, totally dry and well stacked in its crate, no messing about!
