**We calculate crate volume using the pallet’s internal dimensions (usable space for logs). Some sellers quote external pallet volume instead, which overstate the volume that you actually receive. All figures are approximate.
FREE MAINLAND UK DELIVERY IN 5-7 DAYS
Deliveries are made to kerbside by tail-lift using a manual pallet pump truck, so we need a firm, flat, level hardstanding area to unload. No gravel, grass, mud, cobbles, slopes, or steps.
Please make sure the approach is clear of low branches, cables, and tight turns, and that there’s enough room for a large 18-tonne rigid truck to stop and turn safely. Delivery is to kerbside only but some drivers may be able to place your logs elsewhere.
We wrap your firewood crates in recyclable plastic to ensure your logs stay as dry as possible during delivery.
