ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY

Your firewood is shipped to you via freight courier. Delivery times can vary but generally your wood is with you in 5-7working days. We pack your logs in a showerproof (recyclable) packaging so your firewood arrives with you as dry as it left the kiln.

Deliveries are generally by an 18 tonne vehicle so good access is required and there should be an area of hardstanding for the courier to deposit the pallet onto. Delivery into driveways etc may not always be possible, delivery to kerb-side is to be expected. Please check the delivery policy
