KINDLING INFORMATION
Each net of ultra dry kindling is approximately 40x30cm in size. We have seen local garages selling kindling nets smaller than ours for more than double the price!

Our kiln-dried kindling is the perfect companion to any log fire, wood burner, fire pit or chiminea. Cut to a consistent size for easy lighting, each bundle is low-moisture, clean-burning and made from responsibly sourced softwood.

Packed in breathable net bags to keep it dry and ready to use, this kindling makes starting fires quick and hassle-free — no more struggling with damp sticks or messy firelighters.

Ideal for homes, campsites, pubs, pizza ovens and more.

Kindling plays a critical role in building a successful fire,  and here is why:

  1. Quick Ignition
Kindling is thin, dry, and lightweight, which means it catches fire easily. This quick ignition is crucial to creating the initial flame needed to light larger logs.

  2. Rapid Heat Build-Up
Kindling burns hot and fast, raising the internal temperature of your stove or fire. Reaching this higher temperature quickly is vital because it helps your main fuel (logs or briquettes) catch properly & reduces smoke or soot build up which can occur if a fire takes a long time to take hold (even with the driest of dry logs).

Please note - Our kindling is sold as an add on only, and will only be delivered with an order of Firewood or Heat-Logs.

FIREWOOD CRATES - ASH or BIRCH

Our kiln-dried firewood crates come in two generous sizes: Large and Max. The Large crate holds just under 2m³ of logs when tipped loose, and the Max crate holds just under 3m³, making them excellent value for money. For comparison, a traditional “ton” bag of logs holds around 0.5m³.

Choose from premium Ash firewood or economical Birch logs – both ideal for wood burners and fireplaces. Ash is a premium hardwood that burns hot, lasts a long time, and is easy to ignite, ideal for cold winters or frequent use. Birch is a more economical option that still gives off strong, reliable heat, and lights easily too.

All of our firewood is kiln-dried, Woodsure Ready to Burn certified, and sustainably sourced. It arrives clean, dry, and ready to use from the moment it is delivered.

GIANT NETS - 2m3 LOOSE LOGS

Our Giant Nets of logs contain 2m3 of the best kiln-dried logs (equivalent of around 3 tonne bags) sourced from trusted, sustainable suppliers. They are Ready to Burn from the moment they are delivered and are Woodsure Ready to Burn certified.

Your log delivery will include a mix of species such as Ash, Birch, Beech, Alder, Sycamore, or Oak, depending on availability. These are mixed hardwood loads, and while we aim for a balanced mix, not every load will contain every species.

We also supply Larch logs (often called stovewood) which is a hot-burning, economical softwood option. It is much denser than pine, burns cleanly, and is a go-to choice for customers who want great heat at a lower price than hardwood.

ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY

Your firewood is shipped to you via freight courier. Delivery times can vary but generally your wood is with you in 10-14 days. We pack your logs in a showerproof (recyclable) packaging so your firewood arrives with you as dry as it left the kiln.

Deliveries are generally by an 18 tonne vehicle so good access is required and there should be an area of hardstanding for the courier to deposit the pallet onto.
